Add Fragrance and Dye:
- Once the wax is melted, remove it from heat.
- If using, add fragrance oil (about 1 oz per pound of wax) and stir thoroughly.
- Add dye to the desired color and mix well.
Pour the Wax:
- Allow the wax to cool slightly (around 140°F or 60°C) before pouring.
- Slowly pour the wax into the prepared jars, leaving a bit of space at the top.
- Adjust the wick if needed to ensure it remains centered.
Cool and Set:
- Let the candles cool and harden at room temperature for several hours or overnight.
- Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before burning.
Finish and Enjoy:
- Once fully set, your jar candles are ready to be used or gifted.
- Light your candle and enjoy the warm glow and fragrance.
